Many women return to exercise but notice “differences” during their normal activity level. This is how we can help you continue gaining!!

I will help you learn the cause of your pain while learning to manage or alleviate you of it. This can include: pubic symphysis dysfunction, SacroIliac Joint pain, low back pain, groin pain, vulvodynia, pain with sex.

This is for the postpartum athlete who is unsure of HOW to return to her normal activity level. She is fearful of causing problems or does not know how to control the ones she has.
